Chance is sired by the prolific Driftway Blue Print, who has produced numerous specialty winners, including the Best in Show winner at the 2012 Australian National, and has sired champions in nearly every state as well as service dogs across Australia.

Chance’s dam is our beautiful Morndew Paris With Love. Unfortunately, Paris had only one litter, which brought us seven puppies, most of whom remain with us to this day.

Chance is an upstanding, well-sized yellow female, embodying the "old style" Labrador type with a classic Labrador head, a true double coat, and the hallmark otter tail. These features are definitive of the breed standard. Her head is strong yet pleasant, with good eye shape, well-set ears of the right size, and a correct reach of neck that flows into a well-laid shoulder. She has a nicely barrelled chest with good depth of brisket.

Well-boned and with tight, correctly structured feet, Chance has arched toes and an ideal height-to-length ratio with ample leg underneath her. She is muscular and well-toned, with a hard topline and correct tail set.

Her hindquarters are strong, showing good muscle and clearly defined first and second thighs. Chance could benefit from a slightly more pronounced turn of stifle, and her hocks would present better if they were slightly more let down.

Beyond her physical attributes, Chance has a superb temperament—soft, gentle, and highly biddable—making her adaptable to any situation. She has had two litters, and the puppies from these litters are highly desirable, displaying the hallmark qualities of the Labrador breed alongside the finest of temperaments.
